**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior leadership and business analysts to understand and document business needs for Sales Reporting.
- Produce Sales performance reporting/business intelligence for all levels of the Consumer Banking organization; Audience includes Field Leadership, Product, Segment and Senior Leadership; Development lifecycle includes data analysis, KPI development, report design, and process/delivery automation.
- Design, enhance, and maintain database objects hosted in Oracle, Teradata, and similar platforms.
- Perform detailed analysis of data structures, indexes, partitions, and related database objects in order to provide recommendations for/implementation of strategies for data storage and performance optimization.
- Perform periodic reviews of security configuration, information privacy controls, and access audits to ensure that data storage and accessibility adhere to corporate standards.
- Work with team members to coordinate and collaborate on development projects, maintenance, and BAU tasks related to reporting and business intelligence development and data management.
- Development and support of multiple data integration tasks (ETL) to support reporting.
- Provide on-going data validation and performance metrics related to data integration.
- Ensure automated reporting processes are running as expected.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years relevant experience
- Analytical background with technical and problem solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Principales **Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar equipos de televentas para lograr objetivos comerciales de acuerdo con las metas predeterminadas, incluido el crecimiento de ventas e ingresos.
- Supervisar las ventas, el servicio, las operaciones y el crédito diarios para garantizar que todas las actividades de ventas y operaciones cumplan con un alto nível de estándares de desempeño y cumplan con las políticas internas, las pautas y también los requisitos reglamentarios.

- Supervisar y motivar a la fuerza de ventas sobre las actividades y el desempeño de ventas.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias para generar 535K Tarjetas de Crédito para la meta comercial anual.
- Análisis de rentabilidad del portafolio de Tarjetas de Crédito.
- Brindar capacitación, entrenamiento y apoyo para garantizar que el personal brinde ventas y servicios de manera efectiva.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre el mercado y el cliente. Apoyar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y el desarrollo/implementación de programas de marketing.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando
- consideración por la reputación de la firma y la salvaguardia de Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales, y escalando, administrando y reportando problemas de control. con transparencia, así como supervisar eficazmente la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellos que no mantienen estos estándares

**Requisitos**:
Educación académica:

- Licenciatura mínima
- Maestría (preferencial)

Experiência laboral:

- Experiência en ventas
- Gestión y administración del trabajo en equipo.

Conocimiento:

- Productos y procesos bancarios
- Seguimiento para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Inglés mínimo 60%

Conocimiento Tecnológico:

- Microsfot Office
- Disponibilidad de viaje

Experiência:
