Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.
  2. Make price agreements, negotiate delivery and payment terms, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding offers.
  3. Handle orders efficiently, verify customer credibility through credit management, prepare accurate invoicing, and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Provide sales data and insights to support the development of sales plans, identify market trends, and maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
  5. Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
