Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Make price agreements, negotiate delivery and payment terms, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding offers.
- Handle orders efficiently, verify customer credibility through credit management, prepare accurate invoicing, and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide sales data and insights to support the development of sales plans, identify market trends, and maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
- Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
