Ejecutivo de Customer Care

¿Qué pedimos?
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar
- Necesario dominio de inglés avanzado
- Residencia en Cancún
- Actitud de servicio
- Disponibilidad de horario

Algunas de las actividades a realizar:

- Atender las necesidades de operación que involucre a nuestros clientes con cambios y/o modificaciones en sus reservas o transportes.
- Atender las incidencias que sean reportadas de manera pronta.
- Atencion directa con los clientes, manejo de incidencias
- Mantener el status de las reservas.
