**Requisitos**:
- Sexo: Indistinto
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes (Esquema híbrido)
- Zona de trabajo: Colonia Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, cerca de metro Tacubaya, a 2 cuadras de panteón Dolores
- Escolaridad: Lic. Trunca/ o estudiantes
Experiência: Seguimiento de ticket´s y CRM.
- Brindar un buen servicio a los clientes (Dar seguimiento a los tickets y asegurar el cierre
- de los mismos.
- Buscar alternativas de solución a los casos presentados por los clientes.
- Cumplir con el tiempo de conexión en los diferentes canales.
- Lograr los objetivos individuales de productividad.
Ofrecemos:
Sueldo base $7 mil pesos + Comisiones hasta $1,800 a $3,000 al mes
