**Qualifications and requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- **Product Management Expertise**:In-depth understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- **Technical Background**:Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- **Location**:Must live in Mexicali, Baja California, México.
- **UX-UI**:Experience with UX and UI is preferred.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- **Adaptability**:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
- **Leadership**:Exhibit strong leadership qualities to guide the Scrum Team towards successful product delivery.
- **Bachelor's Degree**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
