Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and frameworks across the LATAM, Middle East, and North Africa regions.
- Monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Policy Drafting, reviewing and updating compliance-related policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are well-communicated and understood across the organization.
- Conducting and support compliance investigations, including gathering and analyzing data, interviewing relevant parties, and preparing investigation reports.
- Assisting in the resolution of compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Developing and delivering compliance training programs to employees in the LATAM, Middle East, and North Africa regions.
- Supporting the creation and dissemination of compliance communications, including newsletters, alerts, and updates.
- Participating in compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, including investigations, training sessions, and policy updates.
- Prepare regular reports for management on compliance matters and trends.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the LATAM, Middle East, or North Africa regions.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the regions supported are a plus.
- Strong understanding of international compliance standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
- Experience with compliance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations within the regions supported. Project management experience is an asset.
