La vacante es de Retención/Sales

Servicio al cliente de McAfee, un proveedor de seguridad cibernética, lo conocemos básicamente por sus antivirus de computo pero tiene más servicios para telefonía y hogar, llevamos la atención de ventas así como la de mantener a los clientes satisfechos con el servicio, de no ser de su agrado hay que indagar porque no lo están disfrutando o sacando provecho.

**Oferta**:

- $15,000/mes brutos
- $1,069/mes Vales de despensa
- $220/mes Bono de gimnasio
- Training pagado 100%
- Bono X Retención.

Operando presencial en:
Corporativo Santa María.

Horario capacitación: 07:00 am - 04:00 pm Lunes a viernes.

(Se pide disponibilidad completa 7am-6pm No es rotativo) 7am a 4pm ó 9am a 6pm

**Requisitos**:
Inglés avanzado B2/C1 (Conversacional INDISPENSABLE).

Experiência en retención o ventas

- Numero Seguro Social formato IMSS
- Cuenta de Banco personal
- Comp de domicilio
- Comp de estudios
- Acta de nacimiento

Prestaciones de ley y superiores:

- IMSS, Infonavit, vacaciones, etc.
- 15 días de vacaciones desde el primer año.
- Seguro de gastos médicos menores y en caso de tener esposa y/o hijos, también podrás agregarlos a este seguro si así lo deseas. (Incluyen servicios como una consulta PSICOLÓGICA Y NUTRICIONAL MENSUALES y consulta DENTAL 2 veces al año)
- Pago es quincenal (se pagan los días 7 y 22 del mes)
- Bono de referidos $100 USD (se pagan cuando tu referido cumple 3 meses
