**La oportunidad**

Maximizar la rentabilidad del canal a través de la gestión de iniciativas nacionales y de la generación de propuestas locales que incrementen la venta de los productos de la compañía, y lograr una distribución rentable de nuestras marcas; todo esto a través de un equipo de ventas capacitado y motivado.

Como
**Sales Assoc District Leade** tus funciones constarían de:
Negociación.

Análisis de reportes.

Monitoreo de rutas

Monitoreo de ventas/clientes

Seguimiento de indicadores.

Administración de personal.

Seguimiento a abasto de producto.

Distribución de rutas/logística.

**Principales actividades**:
Desarrollo de mercado y atracción de nuevos clientes.

Estrategias enfocadas al cubrimiento de indicadores

Negociación con clientes.

Posicionamiento estratégico de nuestros productos en el mercado.

Desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas.

Dirección y control de la fuerza de ventas. Interpretación y control de indicadores

Ejecución de planogramas

Trabajo por objetivos (80% visita del mercado, 20% oficina/administrativo)

Fomentar el sentido de pertenencia a la organización entre el personal de la división.
