- 6 Meses de experiência en adelante en call center en ATC, SOPORTE TÉCNICO, MESA DE AYUDA, MANTENIMIENTO O MONITOREO.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Monitoreo de los níveles de servicio.
- Monitoreo del desempeño de los agentes.
- Generar reportes.

OFRECEMOS:
