Empresa transnacional, que cuenta con una herramienta que te da control total y trazabilidad de las rendiciones, legalizaciones y comprobaciones de gastos a través de su solución 100% digital que optimiza, estandariza y agiliza el proceso por completo. Posee una tecnología que permite rendir, revisar y gestionar los informes de gastos a cualquier hora y en cualquier lugar. Se encuentra en búsqueda de un **SDR Manager** que tenga experiência en liderar equipos, implementación de estrategias comerciales y orientado a resultados.

Funciones:

- Liderar y gestionar el equipo de especialistas en desarrollo de ventas (SDRs), brindando orientación, apoyo y dirección para alcanzar los objetivos de generación de oportunidades de venta.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas para la generación de leads y la calificación de oportunidades, identificando los mejores enfoques y canales para alcanzar a los prospectos y lograr el éxito en la conversión.
- Diseñar, implementar y mejorar constantemente los procesos y flujos de trabajo del equipo, optimizando la eficiencia y la productividad en la generación de leads y la gestión de oportunidades.
- Capacitar y desarrollar continuamente a los SDRs, mejorando sus habilidades en ventas, comunicación y técnicas de generación de leads, con el objetivo de aumentar el rendimiento individual y colectivo del equipo. Dejando todo siempre en el CRM utilizado
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing, ventas y otros, para alinear los esfuerzos y garantizar una colaboración efectiva en la generación de leads y el cierre de ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios: Carreras de Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicaciones, Comportamiento del consumidor, o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 3 o 4 años en puesto similares sector SaaS (indispensable).
- Experiência en gestión de equipos, generación de leads, conocimiento del sector SaaS.
- Conocimientos en Hubspot, Salesforce o CRM similares; ventas en SaaS B2B, habilidades de comunicación, ser muy metodológico.
- Deseable: Contar con conocimientos en Coaching, Marketing Digital, Startups, Mercado Mexicano.
- Le reporta al Sales Director Latam
