About the Role

As a Business Leader, your primary responsibility is to generate demand for new qualified leads to be included in the sales process. You will be the sales team's first point of contact with potential customers, generating interest and enthusiasm for our product to create a constant flow of leads to the sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping new markets and identifying prospects according to our sales strategy.
  • Initiating lead contact through cold calls.
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify potential needs and qualify their interests and feasibility to drive sales.
  • Maintaining updated information, detailing interactions, conversations, and type of prospect according to each case.
  • Coordinating meetings with contacts in strategic roles.
  • Qualifying leads into qualified marketing prospects (MQL) or qualified sales prospects (SQL) to promote opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of front-line sales experience, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or studies in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience excelling in SDR-related skills, such as prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Experience in outbound lead generation, sales/marketing analytics, and managing data quality.
  • Advanced English.
  • Enthusiasm to help us generate new opportunities in a new market.
  • The desire to provide a customer-centric experience to potential new customers.
