- BRINDAR INFORMACIÓN AL CLIENTE
- RESOLVER DUDAS Y ATENDER QUEJAS O SUGERENCIAS QUE TENGA EL CLIENTE SOBRE EL SERVICIO
- SOLICITAR INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE LAS UNIDADES
- GENERAR LA DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA PARA QUE EL SERVICIO SE REALICE
- DAR SEGUIMIENTO AL SERVICIO DEL CLIENTE
- SOLICITAR EVIDENCIA FOTOGRÁFICA AL OPERADOR A CARGO DEL SERVICIO
- RECABAR DOCUMENTACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTE AL TERMINO DEL SERVICIO
- ENVIAR DOCUMENTACIÓN CORRESPONDIENTE AL ÁREA DE FACTURACIÓN Y COBRANZA
- ESTABLECER NEGOCIACIONES CON LOS CLIENTES
