**Objective**:

- The Digital and IT (DTI) Sr Business Partner in Mexico plays a meaningful role defining and executing the DTI strategy, with DTI services that continue to support the affiliate and the commercial organization’s goals and evolving capability requirements.
- By doing it through a deep understanding of the commercial business, the technology and services marketplace; by building and maintaining the DTI Service Roadmap for the affiliate; by planning and being responsible for the successful delivery of the associated project portfolio.
- The holder has portfolio and budget responsibilities and needs to be able to work across the full DTI lifecycle: defining and driving strategy, delivering projects and ensuring service levels.
- Works optimally in a matrix style across local, regional and global business partners and DTI colleagues, project managers as well as external partners responsible for delivering the project portfolio
- The DTI Business Partner in Mexico leads a regional solution piloting product team as technology accelerator delivering innovation and enabling efficiency
- Should be pragmatic, with a deep hand on technology knowledge, able to navigate complexity whilst focusing on improving business impact.

**In this vital role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure a strategic relationship and strong communication with affiliate’s leadership team to form a deep understanding of priorities, capability needs and desired business outcomes;
- Build and own the DTI strategy, Commercial DTI roadmap and annual detailed delivery plan and budget in support of the capability needs;
- Work with the Mexican Affiliate leaders, direct team, global DTI service teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of the plan and business value;
- Drive utilization and adoption of core DTI platforms and partnerships, enabling users to make full use of the enterprise DTI’s technology and information, improving the value of technology investments.
- On an ongoing basis evaluate new demand and priorities and identify service improvement opportunities to ensure continued alignment to business goals;
- Coordinate and influence technology architecture and operations to support service objectives.
- Maintain a proven understanding of the external landscape of new technologies and vendors supporting Life Sciences and Commercial processes;
- Responsibility for updating DTI Policies and/or creating new DTI Policies according to local regulatory and legal requirements.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree and 7years of IT and Digital experience (Omnichannel, E-commerce, Digital strategies) or Master of Science and DTI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of IT and Digital experience (Omnichannel, E-commerce, Digital strategies) or Master of Science and DTI experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both in written and verbal communication.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Strong commercial business process, data and technology knowledge ideally in a regulated industry (Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry)
- Played DTI Service lead roles in dynamic and challenging business environments.
- Business partnership and strategy experience taking care of senior business customers.
- Worked in an international multi-cultural environment ideally global/international organizations.
- Experience of line management and team development in a virtual environment.
- Led large projects and budgets.
- Vendor management.
- Strong presentation skills, oral and written communication skills.
