**Ingeniero de Ventas**
DESCRIPCION DE TRABAJO
Responsable de visitar personalmente a los clientes y prospectos de la empresa, promoviendo soluciones a los mismos a través de nuestra cartera de productos y aplicaciones, logrando con ello la venta de acuerdo con las metas establecidas por la Gerencia.
FUNCIONES, RESPONSABILIDADES, ROLES Y AUTORIDAD
CALIDAD
- Elaborar un plan de negocios de su zona alineado al objetivo y asegurar su cumplimiento ya sea mediante atención directa o vía distribución.
- Elaborar los reportes Forecast y Activity Monthly Report del territorio asignado.
- Trabajar con los representantes de ventas del distribuidor asegurando la cobertura de los clientes existentes y potenciales.
- Dar soporte a los representantes de ventas del Distribuidor en los siguientes aspectos: Demostraciones, presentaciones, proveer una apropiada información de ventas incluyendo productos nuevos.
- Identificar las necesidades de capacitación del producto para los representantes de ventas del distribuidor.
- Realizar el mapeo por zona geográfica de los clientes actuales y potenciales y reportarlo al gerente.
- Cumplirlas políticas de descuentos establecidas.
- Actualizar el estatus del reporte de "seguimiento a cotización".
- Responsable del arranque de equipos nuevos con clientes en su territorio.
- Canalizar las quejas al departamento de Atención a clientes y a la Gerencia de calidad.
- Participar activamente en todas las actividades referentes a las certificaciones (ISO 9001:2015).
- Participación en elaboración, cambios en procesos, procedimientos y cumplimiento de objetivos.
SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO
- Cuidar su seguridad y salud, así como la del personal a su cargo.
- Cumplir con las normas, reglamentos del Sistema Integral de la compañía;
- Reportar cualquier incidente o accidente relacionado con el trabajo.
- Participar y hacer participar al personal a su cargo en capacitaciones de seguridad
- Participar y hacer participar del personal a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad.
- Identificar, evaluar y actualizar los peligros y riesgos de su proceso, así como aplicar medidas de control.
- Proveer equipo de protección personal acorde a los riegos identificados en su proceso o actividad.
- Detener cualquier situación en la que se vea involucrada la seguridad del personal a su cargo
- Participar y hacer participar al personal a su cargo en la investigación de un incidente de seguridad.
- Participar activamente en todas las actividades referentes a las certificaciones (ISO 45001:2018).
AMBIENTAL
- Apegarse a campañas ambientales
- Identificar y evaluar los aspectos ambientales y sus impactos de su proceso, así como aplicar medidas de control.
- Informar acerca de los aspectos ambientales e impactos en su proceso.
- Participar y hacer participar al personal a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos ambientales.
- Detener cualquier situación en la que se vea comprometida la afectación hacia el medio ambiente
- Participar y hacer participar al personal a su cargo en la investigación de un incidente ambiental.
- Participar activamente en todas las actividades referentes a las certificaciones (ISO 14001:2015).
