As a Client Development Director at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies. Utilizing Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business. What you will do

**What you will do**:

- Support sales lifecycle through technical expertise and ability to provide solutions to problems;
- Take charge of maintaining and expanding the regional client portfolio, assuming the role of a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services;
- Provide innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals;
- Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiency;
- Lead key client meetings and QBRs;
- Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally - all levels;
- Engage in product development by analyzing the requirements for creating a product that effectively addresses our clients' business objectives, while also acting as a bridge between our clients and the product team;
- Deliver a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals to management;
- Communicate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization;
- Define best practices in terms of client onboarding, client interactions and grow tactics.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in a programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)
- Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
- Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
- Strong technical and commercial acumen;
- Experience with complex tech solutions and problem solving (ideally in a SaaS company);
- Analytical skills;
- Strong management skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others;
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
- Advanced English is a must.
