**The Role**:
**Your Impact**:
- Lead planning and execution of the Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico annual Ford & Lincoln Protect Launch plan with cross-functional team members
- Assist Ford of Canada and Ford of Mexico with new product development and growth initiatives (such as TireCARE and direct mail programs)
- Leverage best practices and processes to grow ESB sales in **Canada and Mexico**:
- Lead Ford Protect product discussions on overall product and pricing
- Manage and standardized US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites, including Owner sites, Ford Protect eCommerce site, Tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising landing pages
- **Support relationship with advertising partners, developing B2B and B2C media campaigns to grow business through loyal dealers, non-loyal Ford Protect dealers, reach consumers while they are in the auto shopping mindset, re-engage consumers who have performed shopping actions, and reach consumers shopping at non-loyal dealers**:
- Manage department Fixed Marketing budget and spending
- Serve as primary interface with Ford Credit Insurance Operations relating to management and maintenance of dealer experience accounts (cession statement, NCFC and CFC dealer reporting)
- Marketing products, being successful in the market. Knowledge the regulatory compliance and legal regulation in the market.

**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in service contract and/or insurance industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
- Experience working in a global role
- Knowledge and understanding of dealership Finance &Insurance and service drive operations
- Experience in generating and executing e-commerce sales/marketing solutions Availability to work hybrid
