This role will be responsible for designing and delivering new functionality, solutions and supporting processes within Talent Management. This role will also own collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Another key responsibility will be to ensure that all solutions/projects implemented for various HR systems meet business requirements and adhere to PepsiCo standards across the global HR systems landscape, while integrating with local sector/country solutions.

The incumbent will work under the direction of an HR Operations Director, but will have daily autonomy to organize and deliver the work in a logical way. This role requires a combination of HCM system technical skills, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, Project Management acumen, strong talent management experience and the ability to communicate and ensure effective, optimized and sustainable operational delivery.

This role requires an understanding of Talent Management (includes but not limited to Performance & Development, Succession, and Surveys & Assessments) processes and how to design and deploy system solutions.

**Accountabilities**

Implement new solutions based on Talent Management business requirements, user experience and digital strategy - Execution
- Assess existing systems (i.e. SuccessFactors, Gloat, and Org Vitality) and new functionality and make recommendations to meet additional business requirements, improve processes, eliminate customizations and create efficiencies - Execution
- Manage and lead implementation for large projects (including the development of project plans and timelines) and configuration changes for new functionality/solutions - Accountable & Execution
- Ensure projects are in alignment across the HR system landscape - Accountable & Execution
- Collaborate with all internal and external team members including: HR Operations TM team, GBS TM teams, Business Partners/Requesters, Talent Management COE, HR Sector/Region Leads, PepsiCo IT, PMO, Alight, Accenture AMS, SAP and other 3rd party vendors to successfully deliver projects in accordance with budget, timeline and PepsiCo standards - Accountable & Execution
- Escalate project issues by collaborating across all internal and external team members to ensure quality implementation execution and delivery - Accountable & Execution
- Provide leadership in project management and adherence to Project Lifecycle Methodology standards to ensure a quality implementation project - Accountable & Execution
- Update project inventory including where required interface design documents, interface SOPs/Error handling process documentation, configuration workbooks and other data dictionaries

- Design of SuccessFactors Performance & Succession modules and other systems to meet global and local country business requirements - Accountable & Execution
- Lead yearly system process updates (i.e. annual performance cycle) - Execution
- Provide the inputs needed to support the development and execution of a GHROps strategy that delivers baseline operational performance and the development of capabilities to meet new business requirements - Consulted & Execution
- Present at HR Forum Meeting presentations (SMEs EC process/system changes) as required - Accountable & Execution

**Qualifications**

**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred
- 7-10+ years experience in implementing large scale Talent Management solutions. Specifically Performance Development, Succession and/or Surveys & Assessments. SuccessFactors, Org Vitality and/or Gloat experience preferred, but will consider other talent management solutions.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Talent Management system implementations/HRIT preferred
- 7-10+ years of global large-scale systems implementation and project management experience, PMP certification preferred
