**HR OPS Assoc Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Role focussed on using systems and ways of working to enhance the employee experience. Using agile methodologies to map out key employee journeys, address pain points to make recommendations on how we can enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree (nice to have, but not a must in HR / Business / IT / Systems Development / Industrial Engineers or related field)
- Full-time job availability
- Fluency in English language (oral and written)
