🔍 Responsabilidades principales
• Prospectar y generar nuevas oportunidades a través de canales como llamadas, email y LinkedIn
• Gestionar tu cartera de prospectos y construir pipeline calificado
• Comprender necesidades del cliente y realizar venta consultiva
• Registrar interacciones en CRM
• Cerrar oportunidades y apoyar en estrategia de go-to-market
• Analizar datos y proponer mejoras al proceso comercial

🎯 Requisitos
• 1 a 3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B como SDR/BDR o Inside Sales
• Experiencia en outbound / cold calling / cold email
• Manejo de CRM (ideal HubSpot)
• Habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones
• Perfil proactivo, persistente y orientado a resultados
• Experiencia en SaaS, Tech Sales o servicios consultivos
• Deseable experiencia en Marketplace (afiliación de sellers, venta de soluciones, captación de comercios, etc.)
