Human Resources Manager, Mexico Plant

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our plant leaders, driving business growth and improving employee engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
- Provide HR expertise to plant leaders, including talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Oversee labor relations strategy, including communication and works council relations.
- Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational values and high-performance work systems.
- Partner with leadership teams to inform workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and other strategic priorities.
- Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
- Support plant leadership with effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies as necessary.
- Broad generalist HR experience across a range of populations and seniority levels.
- Strong experience working with trade unions to deliver change.
- Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
- Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
- HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation, and external perspective about people and business performance.
- Interpersonal savvy, planning, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Future-focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leveraging an outside-in perspective through understanding of market trends.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
