Are you passionate about sharing the beauty of Mexico with travelers from around the world? Do you have a deep understanding of the country's culture, history, and landscapes? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Leader to join our team at Ventura TRAVEL GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small groups of travelers (6-12 people) on a 2-3 week all-country trip in Mexico, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Mexico's history, culture, and geography, as well as its sustainable and local travel practices.
  • Collaborate with our team to create engaging and informative itineraries that showcase the best of Mexico.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners in German and Spanish, as well as English.
  • Manage daily expenses, maintain accurate records, and ensure that services meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, treating them as friends and ensuring their trip with us is an unforgettable experience.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge (C2 level) of German language for communication with clients, plus fluency in Spanish.
  • Official Guide ID from Mexico.
  • First Aid Certification (CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
  • Extensive knowledge of Mexico as a travel destination and a passion to share it with others.
  • Interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel.
  • Engaging, reliable, and well-organized personality.
  • Good health, high energy level, and positive attitude.
  • Practical experience using internet, emails, and Google platforms.
