Customer Service Representative: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our North American Production Sharing team. As an Order Management Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track order activity to inform customers of potential delivery problems and expedite orders as needed.
  • Foster open communication with internal teams and external partners to improve processing and service levels.
  • Complete product training and department training to develop and enhance product knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff.
  • Manage VIP customer accounts for large/special orders/projects and coordinate all aspects of customer support.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or inside sales in a service/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing or electrical industry required.
  • ERP/MRP experience a plus - SAP and SFDC a plus.
  • Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (Central and South America only).
Benefits
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
  • Full-time position with 10-hour shift.
  • Ongoing relationship with customers, sales staff, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing.
