Job Overview

Pmp Packaging seeks a skilled Sales Representative to serve as the customer's primary contact for sales-related matters. This role requires specialized technical knowledge of our products and services, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Orders: Handle customer orders efficiently, providing excellent customer service and entering orders into our SAP system.
  • Invoicing and Analysis: Daily invoice delivered customer orders and analyze shop order requisitions to plan them as shop orders.
  • Inventory Management: Check finished good inventory stock and update registers in our business system.
  • Paperwork Processing: Understand internal procedures and personnel contacts for processing complete and accurate paperwork, including certificates of conformance and quotes.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Possess strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and experience in sales and customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Professional degree required.
  • Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Skills: Proficient in sales, strong communications, and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a diurnal schedule, working full-time hours (40 hours/week). No travel requirements.

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
