About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at syncreon America Inc. as a Director of Human Resources. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR professionals and other employees.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field required, MA preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Extensive experience in Human Resources in progressively senior roles is required.
- Proven expertise in working with and developing long-term business relationships with senior level executives, driving results, being a change agent, and having strong influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across multiple functions, cultures, and levels within the organization.
- Experience managing HR Managers in global locations.
- Ability to think strategically while executing locally.
- Willingness to be hands-on when required to execute plans.
- Ability to promptly translate business needs into pragmatic solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and contain employment-related costs, including compensation, benefits, and related expenses.
- Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations.
- Relevant knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel internationally, and experience with Mexico, California, and Texas.
Salary Range:
$128,700.00-$150,000.00 USD
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
