About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive II to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Sales Executive II, you will play a critical role in supporting the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and execute action plans for each customer based on customer business plans.
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets in territory.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to solve customer requests.
  • Execute key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist of the territory.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
  • Travel to customer sites to promote products and services and provide technical training and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering, nursing, hemodynamic technician or similar.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to travel.
  • English fluency.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Teamwork.
  • Great Communication Skills and solutions attitude.
  • Sense of Urgency.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • At least 2 or 4 years of sales experience (working with key accounts and/or medical or pharma customers).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Expertise: Hemodynamic experience.
  • Customer service.
  • Distributor management.
  • Forecasting.
