Business Development Representative- US Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative with US experience to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the US market.
- Initiate outreach to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and generate interest in our staffing solutions, setting up meetings for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance outreach strategies based on client feedback and market insights.
- Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and sales performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.
- Experience working with clients in the US market is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of motivation and urgency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
