Sales and Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Business Development Representative at Kellanova, you will be responsible for analyzing and comprehending information, dynamics, and needs to create action plans to maximize sales. You will align and negotiate commercial plans with customers, ensuring a flawless execution at point of sales of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Identify opportunities to increase the rotation of products at point of sale by visiting premises of customers and giving commercial feedback.
- Sales bargaining and achieve sales goals by trading volume sales of all categories with each client, monitoring compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory, and performing business reviews with customers to strengthen the business relationship.
- Points of sale implementation by ensuring the implementation of the business plan of the company/channel/business environment in the territory points of sale, monitoring progress of the implementation of activities to generate demand, and generating good business relationships with managers of different business environments to increase participation of categories.
- Leadership by aligning priorities and initiatives by Retail Environment with the merchandiser's agency and identifying development opportunities for external merchandisers to solicit agency training programs for them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of business experience in Sales and working with Distributors. Specific experience managing commercial teams. Knowledge required on local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS Distributors, and Key customers across geographies. Proven skills required: negotiation and operational discipline. Intermediate English.
