About the Role:

In this role, you will lead and drive sales activities within Mexico for our fiscal and editorial information products. A dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the fiscal and legal landscape is required.


Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, and leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team.


Additionally, you will stay abreast of new product offerings and changes in the fiscal and legal market to guide strategic direction and positioning, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams to align efforts, enhance product offerings, and drive sales initiatives, and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's values and integrity.


Responsibilities also include representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and products.


About You


You're a fit for the role if your background includes a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the fiscal, legal, or publishing industry.


Other requirements include strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and sales management tools, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, and the ability to travel as required.
