About the Role

We are seeking a resilient and competitive sales professional with a deep-rooted love of closing large enterprise deals. This senior-level seller must have strong consultative sales skills, be comfortable presenting at senior levels of an organization, and advance deals towards closure as both an individual and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with large corporates in Latin America and act as a primary point of contact for new customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and researching potential clients.
  • Generate business opportunities through contacts, networking, trade shows, professional associations, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and cold outreach.
  • Analyze territory potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Maintain an accurate deal pipeline and forecast within our CRM.
  • Partner with account management to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells from new account wins.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Representative for SaaS products or similar roles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and demonstrated ability to anticipate and overcome negotiation hurdles by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs.
  • Resilient with validated quota achievement delivering on deals greater than USD 50K, selling to large companies (+500 employees) in Latin America.
  • Results-oriented strategic thinker with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of using relevant CRM software, SaaS products, and Google Suite.
  • Experience collaborating with VP and C-level executives.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • English level: B2 or above.
  • Plus: Ability to thrive in a lightning-fast and startup environment.
  • Plus: Degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
