Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage customer relationships in both automotive and non-automotive industries.
• Determine sales policies by ranking existing customers based on profitability management.
• Lead and control sales staff for both TJ and Bajio factories.
• Analyze business conditions and provide strategic direction.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly sales projections.
• Conduct fluctuation analysis and develop countermeasures.
• Prefer candidates with experience working in a Japanese company.
• Proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, and English is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of B2B business experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business, including to the US, is required.
• US visa preferred.
