About This Role
Achieve sales excellence and drive growth as a Regional Sales Director at Mondelēz International. You will lead a team of field sales representatives to execute the sales strategy and deliver annual KPIs and targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the sales team to ensure the delivery of training and the execution of sales strategies.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to drive channel revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver 'best-in-industry' execution of our categories.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize return across the region.
- Coach the team on category insights and tools to influence customer decisions and grow our categories.
