About This Role

Achieve sales excellence and drive growth as a Regional Sales Director at Mondelēz International. You will lead a team of field sales representatives to execute the sales strategy and deliver annual KPIs and targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop the sales team to ensure the delivery of training and the execution of sales strategies.
  2. Create and manage an annual business unit plan to drive channel revenue growth and achieve targets.
  3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver 'best-in-industry' execution of our categories.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize return across the region.
  5. Coach the team on category insights and tools to influence customer decisions and grow our categories.
