Job Description:This role is responsible for managing and supporting SUSE partners and related programs in conjunction with the overall Global SUSE Partner Team. The objective is to position SUSE products and solutions effectively, helping the partner sales force build GTM strategies that our partners can take to their customers.
The successful candidate will provide support for the Global Director of Programs, develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and sales, and make & exceed quota by selling the right mix of products/solutions.
- Provide support for the Global Director of Programs
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and sales
- Make & exceed quota by selling the right mix of products/solutions
- Effectively build relationships with recruited partners
- Recruit and engage with partners across Latin America; support similar efforts worldwide (with peers/peer groups distributed throughout different regions)
- Build & develop go-to-market strategies with a subset of named Partners
- Incorporate SUSE's GTM model and drive opportunities in conjunction with named Partners & their GTM strategy
- Understand SUSE's capabilities and positioning in the market and have a good understanding of related and/or competitive products, solutions
- Understand and articulate how to match SUSE solutions to their customer's or prospect's business models
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, 2 years experience with business partner programs, especially cloud programs, and 3-5 years experience with business partner relationship management.
