Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Manager to join our People Development team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving our talent development strategy, ensuring the growth and success of our employees, and contributing to our company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leads to develop and implement talent development plans, focusing on employee growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform talent development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team leads, employees, and external partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a global environment or for a global company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent development strategies, with a focus on employee growth and retention.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
