Strategic Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess and execute business development strategies.
- Develop and implement a business development and licensing process aligned with local market requirements.
- Prepare robust business cases to secure local and above-market approvals from key stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless transitions of signed deals through effective communication and alliance management.
- Lead the strategic expansion of the product portfolio through regional workshops and periodic reviews.
- Assess new project opportunities from regional teams and provide strategic recommendations to the local market.
Requirements:
- Consolidated experience in business development management or related roles.
- More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of executing deals for in-license projects in Mexico and other LATAM regions.
- Strong finance, commercial, and business intelligence knowledge.
- Negotiation skills.
- English language proficiency.
- Cross-functional capabilities.
