SalaryWe offer a competitive monthly base salary of MXN$18,500 (before Taxes) and an average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 when you meet your sales and service targets. Additionally, you'll receive monthly grocery vouchers of MXN $1,519 every 14 days and restaurant vouchers of MXN $1,216 every 14 days.
Total Estimated Salary: approximately MXN $44,346 per month
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Sales Representative - Business Solutions, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced sales techniques to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth through the sale of AT&T products and services. This includes:
- Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs.
- Providing customer service & billing support, solving any issues related to a customer's account.
- Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow.
You will uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers' needs beyond just the resolution of the issue. Your goal will be to find personalized solutions that fit each customer's unique requirements and make recommendations based on their specific needs.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills).
- The ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.

This role is located in Naucalpan De Juarez, Estado de Mexico, Mexico, and requires availability to work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week from 7 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, including Daylight Saving Time & Holidays.
