Mexico Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Portcities in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, effective leadership, and customer relationships.
About the Role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or pre-sales, preferably with ERP system implementation or software development/implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, CMS (as a key user, salesperson, etc.) is preferred.
- Native/Fluent in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization in Mexico to be considered for this position.
