Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to acquire and manage key accounts in Mexico. As a Sales Development Manager, you will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products on Amazon.com.mx, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of the assigned territory.
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- English proficiency: Advanced (spoken and written).
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
