Senior Analyst AR Reconciliations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst AR Reconciliations Specialist to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Order to Cash team, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts receivable, including unapplied cash and customer accounts, to maintain accurate customer accounts and facilitate cash collections.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile accounts receivable, including unapplied cash and customer accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate collection and credit policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding open balances and secure payment to maintain customer goodwill.
- Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payment and review terms of sale, service, and/or contract.
- Record and maintain information about financial status, reconciliation efforts, and collection efforts on a timely basis.
- Provide meaningful insights and resolutions relative to receivable issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to cultivate an environment that supports and reflects the Warner Bros. Discovery brand.
- 3-5 years' experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field preferred.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Quick problem solver, team player, good time management skills.
- Experience in SAP ERP preferred.
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage to meet competing deliverables.
- High level of analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
