Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, and verification of block level circuits for all DRAM related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure circuit design meets product requirements
- Verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of designed circuits
- Work closely with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for next leading edge process node
- Provide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in analog IC design, with a focus on mixed signal circuit design
- Experience with CADENCE design environment and UNIX
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the memory industry, either in flash or DRAM
- Proficiency in PERL or other scripting language
- Understanding of device physics and basic CMOS processing techniques
