Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer Position

About the Role:
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. We are seeking a talented Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at the Micron Mexico Design Center.
This position will be part of the IP Development Group, targeting critical and standard circuits common to all DRAM related memory products. As an analog designer, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, and verification of block-level circuits for all DRAM related projects at Micron.
You will use both analog and digital CMOS design skills to work on various circuits, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLLs, and standard control logic. You will also work with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design.
This role requires close collaboration with our various design teams in the US, Japan, India, and other countries, leveraging vast resources available throughout Micron's global sites. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts to design peers both verbally and written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analog IC design experience, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, and comparator design.
- Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience inside the memory industry, either in flash or DRAM, is a plus.
- Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction).
- Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits.
Requirements:
- MSEE + 5 or BSEE + 10 years' post-graduate mix-mode or analog circuit design experience.
- 15 + years' experience is preferred. New Graduate College student is also welcomed.
