Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, and verification of block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM-related projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure circuit performance meets specifications
- Optimize circuit design for power, area, and performance
- Verify circuit functionality through simulation and testing
- Work closely with process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, with a focus on DRAM-related projects
- Strong understanding of device physics and CMOS processing techniques
- Proficiency in CADENCE design environment and UNIX
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
