About the Role

As a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. - C68, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for solving complex customer issues, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve Customer Issues: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions and work with customers to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Drive Process Improvements: You will identify opportunities to improve support-related processes and customer experiences. This may involve creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on how to improve our services and develop new technical skills and competencies.
  • Act as an Ambassador: You will represent Amazon Web Services as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to customers and internal teams.

Requirements
  • 1+ Year of Experience: You should have at least one year of experience in troubleshooting database concepts, database administration, data warehousing, Business Intelligence (BI) issues, and/or Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL).
  • Technical Skills: You should have knowledge or experience with system administration, troubleshooting operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), and networking.
  • Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
