**Job Summary**
As an Executive Support Specialist at Salvo Software, you will provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing tasks.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct research tasks and support low-level project management activities.
**Requirements**
- Fast typing ability with a minimum speed of 55 words per minute.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills for effective task management.
**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.
- A persistent and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
