Job Description

This role involves managing logistical and administrative aspects of executive-level meetings, including gathering briefing materials, conducting research, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing communication channels.

As a Senior Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Partner Management: Coordinate with partner managers/leads to gather briefing materials, maintain tracking systems, and ensure effective content delivery.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on companies to support meeting preparation, focusing on financial performance and market trends.
  • Communication Management: Manage communication with partner managers/leads, obtaining necessary approvals and sharing materials with relevant stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Develop and manage slide content, assign tasks, and follow up on completion.
  • Event Coordination: Manage Dory chat during livestream calls, assign questions, follow up with leads for answers, and post responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position.
  • Experience and knowledge in cloud projects, with a focus on advanced English language skills.
  • Able to effectively interact with and manage relationships with various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Prioritize efficiently handle a high volume of tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
