About the Role

Red Bull is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our Key Account Management team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive volume and profitability growth in our key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG or beverage industry. You will possess excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €70,000 - €90,000 based on market conditions and your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Consumer Marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and trade spend budget planning to ensure timely and effective execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
  • Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Field Sales/Consumer Marketing is a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
