Executive Regional Vice President Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Regional Vice President Assistant to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our RVP and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Manage the RVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other tasks. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring timely responses on behalf of the RVP.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in managing information.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing regional projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and providing updates to the RVP and VP staff.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the RVP, VP staff, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements, plan and organize regional events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed.
- Support RVP Staff: Provide administrative support to RVP's direct reports and functional directors, assist with onboarding new staff members, and facilitate collaboration among RVP staff.
- Bachelor's Degree: In business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to manage sensitive information.
