Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to cardholders through effective communication and empathy.
  • Analyzing cardholder behavior to identify trends and determine their needs.
  • Developing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each cardholder.
  • Staying up-to-date on new products and services to ensure seamless support.

Earn a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives.
