Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Michelin, you will be responsible for managing orders, monitoring execution, and treating customers' requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Achievements:
• Manage customer orders and delivery
• Handle customer orders portfolio and monitor execution
• Analyze customer requests and provide issue resolution or appropriate answer
• Support sales by seizing opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell in response to customer orders and requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• English proficiency (C1 level)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related area
• Bachelor's Degree
