">Como Senior Human Resources Generalist, serás responsable de brindar soporte estratégico a nuestros líderes para implementar programas y políticas que promuevan la inclusión, la diversidad y el bienestar de nuestros empleados. Asimismo, trabajarás estrechamente con nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos para garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con RRHH sean transparentes, justas y respetuosas con los derechos laborales.
Tareas y Responsabilidades:
">Entre tus responsabilidades se encuentran: organizar eventos de motivación del personal, realizar entrevistas de permanencia y promover nuestra cultura de inclusión; promover nuestro programa de bienestar corporativo, incluyendo análisis de salud, vacunas contra la gripe y coordinar el proceso de inscripción anual a beneficios; proporcionar asesoramiento y consejos a supervisores y gerentes sobre asuntos relacionados con relaciones laborales; brindar ayuda a los gerentes con los programas de horario y asistencia para asegurar la precisión de pagos salariales; mantener actualizado tu conocimiento de los requisitos legales y reglamentos gubernamentales y asegurarte de que nuestras políticas, procedimientos y informes estén alineados con ellos. Además, colaborarás con los socios de RRHH, CoEs y otras partes interesadas funcionales (Legal, Finanzas, IT, etc.) para brindar apoyo y servicios de RRHH al negocio y empleados; exhibir fuerte integridad y lealtad a la visión y misión corporativa mientras fomentas una cultura centrada en el rendimiento con énfasis en seguridad y ambiente de trabajo productivo; implementar programas para mantener relaciones positivas con empleados; ayudar a respaldar todas las iniciativas y prácticas para personas, incluida la atracción de talento, desarrollo de liderazgo, diversidad, gestión de desempeño, diseño organizacional, compensaciones, etc.; ayudar a desarrollar estrategias para aumentar el compromiso, la lealtad y la seguridad del empleado; garantizar un clima apropiado de relaciones laborales, lo que incluye participar en manejo de quejas, investigaciones exhaustivas y objetivas, y programas de comunicación con empleados; y proporcionar análisis de datos acerca de KPIs de RRHH.
