About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, employee relations, and human resources disciplines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing internal trends and metrics, developing solutions, programs, and policies to improve labor relations. This includes managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and providing HR guidance to line management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze labor relations internal trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, consulting with line management as needed.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, ensuring objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, and employment laws.
